Duncan & Co Lawyers is a boutique law firm based in Newcastle and the Hunter Valley. We specialise in Criminal and Traffic Law, Litigation, Dispute Resolution and Wills & Estates.
Our firm provides services to clients across Newcastle, the Hunter, Sydney, Central Coast and Mid North Coast regions.

Cameron Duncan
Director and Prinicipal Solicitor
Cameron is the founder and Principal Solicitor of Duncan & Co Lawyers. He has spent the majority of his career advocating for clients in the areas of Criminal Law, Litigation and Dispute Resolution.

Before establishing Duncan & Co Lawyers, Cameron mastered his legal skills whilst working for two established private law firms, and most recently in an advocate role for Legal Aid NSW. He appears in the Local, District and Supreme Courts of NSW.

Cameron has a range of experience, including:

Appearing in Murder trials.

Securing an acquittal for all clients in jury trials in 2020, 2021 and 2022.

Conducting and advocating in Local Court hearings and District Court Appeals/Sentences.

Recovering a $2.5 million debt owed to a transport company.

Securing provision for a widow and child in an Estate Provisions claim.
